Sharon K. Hopper Fine Gardening, started with a vision, a dream and a little red Nissan truck. In 1991, Sharon along with her mother and sister, attended a Horticulture Class ... Sharon quickly learned she had a passion for plants. Two years later, she started a new career as a Landscape Grounds Manager with a commercial landscape company in NC. In this position, she quickly learned that working alongside homeowners in the residential world of Gardening and Horticulture was where she belonged. In 1997 Sharon K. Hopper Fine Gardening Inc. was born.
Sharon K. Hopper Fine Gardening, founded in 1997, is a family owned and operated business. Sharon Hopper, founder and owner, along with her daughter, Chanda Moore, co-owner, have over 50 years experience in the industry. Sharon and Chanda , both N.C Registered Landscape Contractors, make Sharon K. Hopper Fine Gardening the only mother/daughter team in the southeast performing landscape services. We coordinate the care of gardens with our specialized gardening team in addition to managing irrigation, night lighting, lawn maintenance, pesticide programs, tree work and more.
